Test Process: Candidate have to take the ILSAT 2017 test at the centre selected / specified on the Admit Card.

Computer experience or typing skills are not required to take the test. ILSAT 2017 is a self directed Computer Based Test.
Please note that the candidates must arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled time of the test. This allows time to sign-in and for staff to verify the identification and documentation.

Candidates need to bring the following items to the test center:

1. Admit Card: Applicants must bring the Admit Card to the test center. Applicants will not be allowed to appear for the test without the Admit Card.

2. Required Identification: Candidate must present the original and valid (non-expired) form of photo identification before appearing for the test. The name on the photo identification must match with the name as entered in the ILSAT 2017 registration.

Acceptable forms of photo identification are limited to: passport; Aadhar Card; voter ID; college ID or a notarized Affidavit with photo, signature, date of birth and residential address. Photocopies of the original are not acceptable.

Note: Applicants are not allowed to appear for ILSAT 2017 without submitting appropriate photo identification.

Test Center Regulations: Please note that the following procedure will be observed at each test center to ensure that all applicants appear for the test under equally favorable conditions. Failing to follow any of the security procedures may result in the disqualification from the test. The University reserves the right to audiotape and videotape any test session.

References: No reference materials, papers or study materials are allowed at the test center. If any candidate is found with these or any other aids, he/she will not be allowed to continue the test and the answers will not be evaluated.

Resorting to Malpractices or Misconduct etc.: Applicants resorting to any kind of malpractice or indulge in misconduct during the test such as giving or receiving help, involving in impersonation, destroying the test material and misbehaving with the staff which delays or interrupts the conduct of the test may be expelled from the test.

Test Centers*: ICFAI Law School Admission Test (ILSAT 2017) will be conducted at following test centers in India. The applicants can choose any one of the test centers available for ILSAT 2017.

Model Test Papers: The applicant may download two ILSAT 2017 model test papers from website for practice purpose. However the test pattern may be modified without any notification to the applicant.

ILSAT 2017 Results: The results of the ILSAT 2017 will be posted online on www.ifheindia.org/ilsat on May 21, 2017. Successful applicants will be intimated individually through E-mail.

Selection Process Personal Interviews: The selection for admission into the program is based on merit secured in the ILSAT 2017 performance and in the personal interviews.

Provisional Admission: Selection letters for provisional admission will be issued to the applicants selected on the day of interview. The provisional admission is subject to payment of admission fee, and verification of testimonials.
Once the applicants are given provisional admission, they should report for registration into first semester of the program on July 24, 2017 along with the required certificates.

Final Admission Reporting and Registration: Submission of Self-Attested Photocopies of Certificates: All successful applicants will have to submit self-attested photocopies of relevant certificates (Class X and Class XII Mark sheets, Birth Certificate, Transfer / Migration Certificate

and Completion Certificate of the qualifying examination from the respective board) on July 24, 2017 at the time of registration along with the original certificates. The original certificates will be returned to the applicants within a week’s time after verification.
If an applicant is found ineligible even after admission into the program, his/her admission is liable to be cancelled without notice. All admissions will be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates/documents of the applicants. The decision of the Admissions Committee regarding eligibility and admission of applicant shall be final.

Commencement of Classes: The classes will commence from July 25, 2017.

LLM Program

A. Online Application: Fill and submit the online Application Form available at www.icfaiuniversity.in/ ifhe, make a payment of Rs.1,000 towards registration fee using credit card (Visa/Master Card/ Citibank Card) / Debit Card / Net Banking through the secure internet payment gateway.

B. Download the Application Form: Download the Application Form, complete it, and send to the Admissions Officer along with a Demand Draft for Rs.1,000 towards registration fee in favor of “IFHE - Prospectus Fee A/c ILSAT 2017” payable at Hyderabad. To such registered applicants (online) hard copy of the prospectus will be sent.

C. Fill the Application Form: Applicants can fill-in the application form and send it to the Admissions Office. The Admission Fee of Rs. 10,000 is to be paid by all the selected students immediately by way of a Demand Draft as per the information given in provisional admission letter.
