About IFHE Hyderabad
The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education is a deemed-to-be-University established under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956. Prof. C. About IBS Hyderabad
IBS Hyderabad is a constituent of the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education. Established in the year 1995, IBS Hyderabad offers high-quality programs in different areas of management to a variety of students, executives and professionals across India. About the Department of Operations and IT
The Department of Operations and Information Technology came into existence in 1995. The department is a part of IBS Hyderabad, the Faculty of Management of the University. The department has two major areas of focus - Operations and Information Technology. The department has forty four faculty members involved in teaching, research and administration. Apart from offering various courses in the BBA, MBA and Ph.D. programs, the department also academically contributes to the Workshops and FDPs/MDPs of the Centre for Management Development of the University. The major thrust areas in which research activities are being pursued are Sustainable Development, Energy Policy, Generative AI, Decision Support Systems, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Security and Healthcare Management. Faculty members of the department have been regularly publishing research papers in ABDC, Scopus and UGC Care journals of high repute. The department has also been organizing international conferences on a regular basis.

Paper Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit their extended abstracts of up to 1000 words or their full papers. All submissions, following the provided guidelines, will undergo a double-blind review process. Full papers must include an abstract of up to 300 words, covering the following aspects: Purpose of the research, Motivation, Methodology, Main Results, and Practical Implications. For practice papers, authors may instead include the business context, analytical problem, proposed solution, and insights.
Authors should specify the theme under which they want their paper to be considered. Conceptual Papers, Empirical Papers, and Theoretical Papers should be between 4000-9000 words, while Case Studies, White Papers, and Practice Papers should range from 1500-3000 words.
Submissions should use Times New Roman, font size 12, in MS-Word, with 1.5 line spacing. The title/cover page must include the paper title, author(s), affiliation(s), and contact details (email ID and phone number). Authors should indicate whether they are full-time faculty members, research scholars, or practitioners in their affiliation. Author has to register after receiving acceptance confirmation of the Extended Abstract / Full Paper for the conference.

ICETAO 2025 offers an opportunity for conference participants to have their papers considered for publication in prestigious international journals indexed in SCOPUS/ABDC/UGC-CARE. Authors are responsible for any article processing charges. Papers must acknowledge their presentation at ICETAO 2025 in the cover letter and acknowledgement section. Selected papers will undergo initial evaluation and fast-track review for potential publication.

Accommodation
A limited number of rooms may be available at nominal rates in the campus of IBS, Hyderabad. These are single occupancy rooms with attached toilet facilities. The rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first- served basis.
