The Admission modalities are with reference to
the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) Program
offered by the ICFAI School of Architecture
(ISArch) Hyderabad of the ICFAI Foundation
for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad.
Admission into the
B.Arch. Program is a multi-stage process
based on their:
a. Performance in the qualifying examination,
b. Personal Interaction with the program faculty.
c. Interest and motivation for the chosen study
d. Scores of NATA/JEE Mains paper II for B.Arch.
e. Candidates who are shortlisted will be called for Admission Counseling.

If an applicant is found ineligible even at a later date, after admission into the program, his/her admission will be cancelled. All admissions will be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates/documents of the applicant. The decision of the Admissions Committee regarding eligibility of any applicant shall be final.
Applicants who have appeared for Class XII (or equivalent) examination and awaiting results are also eligible to apply provided they complete their examinations (including practical examinations) before July 18, 2020. The admission of applicants will, however remain provisional until they produce marksheets establishing their eligibility. The last date for submitting the proof of Class XII (or equivalent) marksheet is September 17, 2020, failing which the provisional admission will automatically stand cancelled.

A) Download of Application Form
Applicants can download the Application Form from www.ifheindia.org/ISArch and send it to the Admissions Office along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 600 towards the cost of the application in favor of “IFHE-Fee Collection A/c B.Arch2020” payable at Hyderabad.
B) Fill the Application Form Applicants can fill in the Application Form and send it to Admissions Office.
Submission of Application Form: The completed application form should be sent to the following: Admissions Coordinator, ICFAI School of Architecture, Dontanpally, Shankarpalli Road, Hyderabad, by Registered/ Speed Post.
A scanned copy of Filled in Application Form may be e-mailed to Coordinator, ISArch.
Following is the checklist for the certificates to be attached while applying for admission:
i. 10th Class Marks Sheet and qualifying certificate
ii. 10+2 or 10+3 Marks Sheet and qualifying certificate (in case the candidate is applying before the announcement of results of the qualifying examination, he/she may submit a Bonafide Certificate of his/her current school/college).
iii. NATA/JEE Mains Scorecard

Students of B.Arch Program are required to pay a caution deposit of Rs.10,000
along with the first semester fee. The caution deposit will be refunded without interest and after
adjusting for dues, if any, to the students on completion of the program.
Limited hostel rooms are available at the campus. Day
Scholars can avail bus facility from City to IFHE Campus on payment basis.
Several public and private sector banks provide educational loans to applicants.
Applicants seeking educational loans may approach the respective bank branches.
