Internships Program
- Internships are unique to first degree and higher degree programs offered at IcfaiTech.
- They help students gain real work experience and prepare them to face the challenges in professional life.
- The Internship Programs ensure that linkages are developed and sustained with industrial and other organizations outside the world of academia.
- They are incorporated within the curriculum to bring the realities of the world of work into the educational process.
- The Internship Programs provide the students with an opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge to real life situations.
- Internship Programs are an integral part of the degree programs; supervised, evaluated and graded by the faculty members in consultation with the industry mentors.
Internship Program-I (IP-I) of two months duration and is compulsory for all the students of the first degree programs. This is offered in the summer term following the second semester.
Internship Program-II (IP-II) of five and a half months duration, implemented in either the VII or VIII Semester of B.Tech Program.
B.Tech students have the flexibility of opting for thesis stream instead of Internship Programs. Students opting for Thesis stream will go for thesis work in either the VII or VIII Semester of B.Tech Program, under the supervision of the IcfaiTech Faculty.
Internship Program for Higher degree programs: Internship in the second semester of the second year of the program.
