Internships and Projects
Internships and projects are integral components of our academic framework, offering students a valuable platform to engage with real-world challenges. These hands-on experiences allow students to apply the theories and concepts learned in the classroom to practical situations, fostering a deeper understanding of their chosen fields of interest.
Our internship program plays a crucial role in shaping students into effective managers. As part of the course curriculum, MBA students complete a 14-week internship between the conclusion of Semester II and the start of Semester III. BBA students undertake two internships, each lasting 8 weeks, after Semesters II and IV.
Internships provide students with significant exposure to the corporate world, helping them apply their academic knowledge in real-life business contexts. These experiences not only equip students with the skills needed to navigate professional challenges but also offer them an opportunity to demonstrate their talents. In many cases, internships lead to full-time employment opportunities within the host organization.
To support student development, each intern is assigned a Faculty Guide who offers academic guidance and facilitates the evaluation process in collaboration with company executives.
Additionally, students are mentored by a company guide, who supervises their performance and provides ongoing feedback to the Faculty Guide.
