- We at club Aaina believe in being BY the society, FOR the society and WITH the society.

- We visit NGO’s, make healthy donations, conduct medical camps in villages and provide free service for their health and also pet shelters.
Club Aaina
- Last year, we successfully launched The Rainbow forum through which we support LGBTQ+ community and also organised an event named Gender Sensitization and invited well known expressionist dancer Patruni Chidananda Sastry who addressed and helped us to spread awareness about this community.
- In addition to that we have started a Gender Champion where we will be conducting more events showering light towards the equality in the society.
- Club Aaina also initiated The Gender Champion, towards promoting equality which is directed by UGC.
- We have another segment adjoined with Aaina which is CWD Centre for Women development where we focus on empowering and strengthening women. The Centre for women development is the ultimate strength of Club Aaina.
- We not only contribute to empower them but also cherish and spread awareness about a lot of things. If the women in our society are aware and well educated, then the society will for sure prosper.
- Aaina and CWD together conducts CSR Modules to guide the Students for the benefits and importance of CSR.
- Let’s come to our flagship event which is named as Aashayein where we conduct panel discussions on burning issues.
- The second day is a student centric event in which students participate and raise their voices for the betterment of society.
- Another big event which we conduct is the National conference, Women Conclave, which is conducted outside the campus with a huge number of participants and guests addressing us with their view points.
- We also believe that the first and foremost thing that we must everyday question ourselves is that what are we doing for others? Therefore, we are a staunch believer of the fact of doing good to others and to the society.
- CWD and Club Aaina together act as an inferno that compels us to see within us the light that we have, the power that we possess and the zeal that we can ignite within us to bring about a change into the society.

Club Admire
- ADmire, the Official Advertising & Branding Club of IBS Hyderabad, works towards inducing the right knowledge and skills required for successful advertising and creative branding for various clients.
- Presently ADmire has a bunch of clients including Lenskart, FirstCry,Dwell Suits, The Devil’s Cut, SNORT, Dominos, OYO etc.
- The entire process of acquiring the clientele to cater to their demands provides its team members the opportunity to think out of the box and enhance the skills and knowledge as budding managers.
- Within the campus, ADmire serves to amplify the knowledge of Branding & Advertising by exposing the students to originality, unmatched creativity, and prolific innovation by organizing events related to it.
- During the year 2019-20, ADmire organized multiple events like ADvinatge, Pitch-a-Thon etc. in alignment to its domain, including the flagship event, JUARI, which gives a twist to the term branding by wrapping it in a blanket of fun and games.
- Several other events organized during the year include Digital Workshops and Webinars to develop certain industry ready skills for the students, and events for the clients including Tasty Sundays with Dominos.
- ADmire intends on working extensively with the objective of stepping up the ladder and carving its place as a major Advertising and Branding Club, not only within the campus but also outside of it.
Convergence
- To begin with, Club Convergence, the official Human Resources Club of IBS Hyderabad, has a motto, "With us, it's always 'U' first!" We truly believe that, "Human resources are like natural resources; they're often buried deep.
- You have to go looking for them, they're not just lying around on the surface.You have to create the circumstances where they show themselves".
- College (MBA especially) and career paths are mainly all about grabbing the given opportunities and having the right amount of necessary exposure.
- Club Convergence creates numerous opportunities for students who are extremely passionate about human resource management no matter which electives they choose to major in.
- It helps the team members to have hands on experience of the real HR world by conducting various events throughout the year.
- We organize events like action-orientated role plays, quiz competitions, presentations etc. One of the main activities is the "Live Projects", where members are provided with live industry projects which not only exposed them to corporate culture but also provide on-the-job training to them.
- Further, Live projects also allowed the students to build network and connections with industry professionals.
- "Knowledge Sharing" sessions is another activity encouraged within the club.
- Members share their individual expertise with other members and in exchange learn new skills set from others.
- We even take initiatives to arrange HR summer internships for all the members of the club.
- Our club enhances and brings out many important qualities like team building, negotiating, problem solving, crisis management, confidence, communication skills, etc. in its members as well as the participants.
- The club consists of six major verticals which are: Creative, Editorial, Events, Marketing and Promotions, Operations.
- Students choose their areas of interest to work on and accordingly their roles and responsibilities are divided.
Many events are conducted which majorly reflect human resource themes. Few of the events conducted by us in the year 2020-2021 are as follows:
- The guest lectures,
- The KSS (knowledge sharing sessions),
- The Consigliere ( This event was aimed to find the best HR Manager in the organization with different rounds of strategy and situations)
- HR Week, (Flagship event, which is usually spread across 3-4 days. The core of the event is aligned on a trending theme from the HR domain. The event comprises different fun based activities for the participants and also incorporates work simulations such as brainstorming.)
- The Cine HR, an absolutely fun filled and entertaining event which left the participants absolutely awestruck.
The main purpose of Club Convergence is to pool in all the talent, ideas, creativity, passion and enthusiasm of all its members and participants and to create a platform to portray all that the students possess. We take immense pride in our activities as well as actions and aim to take the club, its members as well as its participants to greater heights.

DoT Club – The Official Techno-Managerial Club of IBS Hyderabad,helps students to learn and discover the Managerial part of technology.
It enriches students’ technical skills and makes them ready for the corporate world. It conducts various workshops and Classes (MS Excel & Access, SAS, SAP, SPSS, Photoshop, Digital Marketing, Other Technical Lang.).
It also conducts Installation Drive for all the students of IBS Hyderabad, for complicated software’s such as SAS, SPSS
Via our weekly bulletin and editorials like ‘Tech-Buzz’, ‘APP-Gyan’ and ‘Tech Precis’, ‘Webved’and ‘Vighnana’ we make students aware of news from around the world and also give them an insight of new emerging technologies, innovations, new applications adding value to their knowledge repertoire.
We also have our Weekly Podcast “DoTCast”, an enlightening short discussion about new advancement in technology, bringing new technology innovations , its pros and cons, its benefits and much more information about the technology.
With every passing year, technology has started to play a very influencing factor in all our lives. Right from mobile phones to our everyday electronic appliances at home technology will be a partner of humans for gratuity. Technology has grown so much that prophecies have been made that people will invent traveling devices, which can traverse through the galactic before the apocalypse. That is how important technology is in our everyday lives. With demonetization and mobile payments attracting a lot of attention from the users, the technology that brought us together till now has a lot in store for us in the days to come. Tasked with bringing the latest technologies used in the corporations to IBS Hyderabad, DoT club has been working ever so hard to accomplish this in its research wing ‘VIDYA’.

Club Ecobizz - the official Economics, Business and Public Policy club of IBS Hyderabad. The club’s passion for economics, business processes and public policy is what makes it notable. The verticals of the club include - Khoj(The Research Wing of Club Ecobizz) and the Mains(Operations, Creative, Information Technology, Editorial, Corporate Relations, Public Relations, Events and Marketing).
We as a club believe in knowledge sharing and value addition. We tend to inculcate the flow of gaining perspective in the club’s pathway regardless of the challenges we face. We also believe in the mutual progress of our fellow batch mates along with the benefit of sharing our knowledge with them. We try to progress our way through sheer will and build eminent relations.
The Mission of the club is “to facilitate value addition through diversified activities inside and outside the club by utilizing plethora of opportunities offered by ICFAI Business School.” The Vision of the club is “to work towards creating an insightful environment for those who wish to gain awareness about business economy and public policy through classroom and activity based learning.”
Khoj, being the cardinal function of the club, is always prepped in its research activities. The club takes pride in the functioning of itsKhoj presentations, IBS MUN and Rajneeti events, all of which hold a noteworthy place in IBS Hyderabad.
‘Rajneeti – SattakaRajtilak’ is an anticipated event by all the clubs of IBS Hyderabad, where people get to put forward their political views and reciprocate their ideas during an itinerary period of 7 days in whole; where each day represents a specific part of the election process. It is a mini representation of the Indian Political System. The IBS MUN is a fun academic simulation where the participants (Delegates) have a unique learning experience and get acquainted with International relations,diplomacy, the UN, teamwork, researching, debating, leadership skills and cultural empathy.

Vriddhi Research
The vertical Vriddhi Research holds India’s 4th largest Student Managed Investment Fund (SMIF), wielded by the students of IBS Hyderabad. At Vriddhi we believe in mutual resourcefulness, which helps us in becoming cognizant to the world we are living in. The vertical also comes out with sector and company specific research reports.
Trividha R.E.D.
Trividha R.E.D is the Research, Event and Development vertical which emphasizes on comprehensive development. It conducts management discussions on scams and crisis that occurred throughout the globe and organizes financial events and games related to the domain of Capital Markets.This vertical organizes the Flagship event of FinStreet, Bhavmandi, which provides a real life Over the Counter trading experience. It also conducts internal sessions for its members enlightening them about the macroeconomic affairs, Fundamental and Technical Analysis and IPO Analysis.
IBS Times
The IBS Times is the publishing arm of FinStreet, the vertical comes out with a fortnightly magazine and well researched articles on the current happenings in the world of finance and economy on its website which has reached to its readership of about 15000 people. As of now it has published about 215 issues of magazines and about hundreds of articles.
Since a stable and developed capital market lends stability to the fluctuations in the economy, the club imparts sound knowledge of finance and economy and encourages its members to fundamentally analyze the market and come to a consensus for our stock pick.
Gray Matters Club is the envoy of all matters related to quizzing on campus. Our members possess diverse knowledge on miscellaneous disciplines covering business, sociology, politics, arts, sports, science and technology and global affairs etc. As The Official Quizzing Club of IBS Hyderabad, we try to imbibe cutting-edge formats of quizzing techniques with use of graphics, web-technology and social media platforms. Our goal is always to look for innovative techniques to make learning more fun and enjoyable. We have a dedicated team of researchers who keep themselves up-to-date with current affairs and we make a practice of putting things in perspective and enumerating it on our regular bulletins. Our research team is dedicated to collecting interesting facts, be it on various domains of business activities or current affairs regarding global activities. Quizzers of the year
Our flagship event is a grand quiz programme spanning several days when we give an immaculate performance as quizmasters - and that is an incontrovertible fact. Last year we had the Quizzers of the year 4.0 in which matters of World politics was chosen as a theme. It was a two-day back to back rounds of trivia which kept the contestants on tenterhooks till the last minute. It was a competition that tested the contestants' depth on the subject matter as well as aptitude to put the best strategy forward to achieve maximum scores. The event garnered praises from both students and faculties alike on the campus.
Inquizitive
The introductory event of last year was itself a show-stopper. The new junior batch curated a whole quiz programme with an elegance hitherto unseen on the campus; which also put them on the map for the rest of the year. This was done with uses of web technology and seamless synchronisation between the quizmasters and the operation team throughout the programme. The credit is due to the team of researchers who curated the hard-hitting questions, the graphics team who made it presentable throughout the show. The contestants went home after with the satisfaction of an evening well spent. The event passed with flying colours in all aspects.

IBS Analytics is the Official Analytics Club of IBS Hyderabad that conducts Research, Events, Management Discussion, Workshops, Guest Lectures and publishes magazines related to the domain of Analytics and Data Science.
Admiring the motto of “Work in the dark and Gloom in the light”, Club IBS Analytics is all set to enter another brand-new year of academics to put forth a set of brand-new endeavors.
There are various individual and group development initiatives that we practice in the club, first being the Mentor-Mentee Program. This program was specifically introduced to ensure quick problem solving and individual growth. To add on to our growth curve, we conduct many domains as well as regular classes covering the study of several Analytical software's as well as domain classes on Qualitative Research Techniques. To encourage the efforts put in by the students, every month juniors are felicitated with the recognition of ‘Analyst of the Month’. We believe in holistic development of not just us but everyone around us. Following that belief, we began with the Broadcasting of our Daily News Bulletin. Maintaining a broadcast group of over 200 people and with a mission to take this number to over 500 in the upcoming year, we have always received warmth and appreciation for our efforts from them.
Matrix The research vertical of IBS Analytics Club conducts the full-fledged research and reports are presented through micro-presentations as well as Management Discussions.
Analyzia: The bi-monthly magazine of the club, addresses various trending topics and highlights the growing importance of analytics in the industry.
The Biggest Achievement of our Club last year was undoubtedly Trikona; our first ever Flagship Event. And with great pride we can declare the event a great success. Chakra-View, our event during Trishna has spilled the beans for itself by winning the Best Fun Event Trophy of Trishna 2020. These years have certainly been exciting for Club IBS Analytics.
We have accomplished maintaining a balance between academic and non- academic activities.

IBS Blues is the official Water Sports Club of IBS-Hyderabad. The motto of this club is not only to promote swimming but also create various opportunities for the students to relax, refresh and rejuvenate from their hectic schedule of academic life. We encourage students to participate not only in extracurricular activities but also excel in academics. We come up with fun and interesting events to relax the students from their hectic academic life. Club Blues conducts host of events like “Gurucol” which act as an assistance to students for the subject that are of utmost importance and need more attention, while “Endurathon in collaboration with GHAC” being a major event, a thrilling fusion of compassion, emotions and to achieve the acme, a test for stamina, strength, teamwork and endurance in a blend of cycling, running, swimming that gives an opportunity to students of IBS-Hyderabad to show caste their exceptional endurance and zeal to never give-up. Blues also conducts Triathlon which again raises the bar of competition from students of the college to athletes of the respective discipline to showcase their talent. Fun-events like “Zorbing” splashes ease to the students from their busy schedule. Blues as a club believes that energy does not die with water instead it nourishes the carnival moving along.

CLUB IBS MESSENGER takes pride in being an all-rounder. The Club organises astounding events all through the year. Our Introductory Event NUNTIUS is the most awaited event in the month of September introducing the juniors and their talents. The event tests the participants with various challenges and rounds and there emerges the winner passing all hurdles.
The event is followed by a series of Guest Lectures and Workshops that help in the holistic development of students.
Then, comes the 3 DAYS FLAGSHIP EVENT- KRIYAVAT loaded with creativity, artistry and enthusiasm. This 3 day event is a mix of fun and education piquing the analytical skills of the participants and keeping them on their toes throughout. The 3 rounds tested the participants' subject knowledge, communication skills, analytical skills and presentation skills.
